I hope you can join us for the next CAN Transportation and Land use Committee meeting on Tuesday, May 2, at 7:00 PM, at the Cully Grove common house, 4779 NE Going Street. We will hear from Rich Rodgers, Development Manager for Community Development Partners. CDP is planning an affordable housing development on NE 42nd Avenue south of Portland Highway.

We will also discuss the Bureau of Transportation’s proposal for it’s System Development Charges for the next ten years. More information is available here. There will be a City Council hearing on this on July 26. CAN may want to submit comments.
