Folks,

Despite the arrival of summer, we will have a CAN TLC meeting in July. Please join us on Tuesday, July 17, 7:00 PM, at the Cully Grove common house, 4779 NE Going Street. Guy Bryant of GPB Development will share his new proposal for the ABC Oil site at 6040 NE 42nd Ave. Also, a representative of Community Development Partners will give us an update on their planned affordable apartments at 42nd and Holman. Invited but not yet confirmed is Daniel Silvey, developer of the property at 5506 NE Simpson St.
