PBOT is excited to announce a new effort to make its public resources more equitable to Portlanders.

To help bridge the gap that exists in connecting east Portland to the services PBOT offers, we established a pilot program for the 2017 block party season:

No permit fees will be assessed for block parties east of 82nd Avenue and Cully Neighborhood! You may simply complete a paper application and not include payment, or use the East Portland Online Application!
Translated applications are available on our website: www.pbotblockparty.com
Barricades required to safely close the street for block parties are available to residents in these areas at select locations, you can check out barricades for free at the following locations:
